Error when Engage starts in Vista

If you get an error when Engage starts in Vista, please change the Start Menu Integration option as follows:
Start Engage and click "Continue Application" at the error dialog. Right-click on the tray icon and choose Options. On the "Start button integration" page select "Compatibility Mode". Restart Engage. (You then need to use the short cut "Win-Z" to activate Engage.)
