I just finished re-viewing the introduction video and Engage clearly distinguishes itself in terms of functionality for the start menu.  Customization is key, and I am hoping that Engage can be updated to integrate with WindowBlinds, and even Windows themes.  I want the functionality of Engage, but I like the appearance of the design of my WindowBlinds theme. My start menu is translucent and the design really is gorgeous.
