There are two possibilities.

1.  Since the database Engage uses to automatically categorize programs is still being developed, Engage may not recognize the programs you have installed (yet).  Engage organizes programs with the help of a database that other Engage users have helped create.  If you would like to help out, please join the team.

2.  The programs have not been installed in their default location in the start menu, or they have been moved since they were installed.  This can happen if you have manually organized your start menu.  In this case you can categorize them yourself, or wait until the next time you re-install or update the affected program and let it install into the default location in the start menu.
