If you need additional help, please email support at contact2007@lyriccode.com or use the priority support email address you received after your purchase.

Support is offered from 8 am to 6 pm, PST, Monday through Friday (excluding major US holidays), and evenings and Saturdays when available. Questions are usually answered in less than 2 business hours, but may take up to 1 business day if the support volume is high.
